Mmm frozen peaches! 🍑👅💦 This is how I save money on fruit: if you find yourself in the fortunate situation of having TOO much ripe, fresh peaches on hand and you know you possibly can’t finish it off in time, wash and slice them, then arrange them on a plate like this. Keep them in the freezer overnight, or longer, until hard. Then transfer them to a ziplock back or airtight container. This way you’re peach slices won’t freeze in one giant peach-mass! Then you can add a few frozen slices to your smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, or just eat them as a snack! Preferably pool or beach-side 😎🌴

You can also freeze most fruits and veggies in the very same way. I never throw away or waste any produce because I freeze it before it goes bad. I also love having prepped produce on hand in my freezer for quick and easy meals 😀
